There's probably not a person in this world who likes to diet, however if you were to find a way to lose weight and enjoy it, wouldn't it be worth a try? Well, guess what. If you combine negative calorie fruits and vegetables into salads or other dishes, you can accelerate weight loss and at the same have a delicious snack or meal.

Negative calorie foods are not new and have been discussed in weight loss circles for years. They are essentially fruits and vegetables that make your body use more calories (units of heat) to digest than they contain themselves.
